Carpet Tiles are an excellent choice of flooring which offers flexibility, creativity, and are more durable in commercial spaces, particularly where office chairs with castor wheels are located. In the event of a damaged tile, you simply replace it with a spare tile, saving you time and money. We are so confident as to the serviceability of carpet tiles that we offer Free Service Calls for 24 months!
Carpet Tile Selection:
We have a wide variety of carpeting tile options from which to choose. We will bring over 40 samples of our carpet tiles to your location. Once a favourite has been chosen, we can provide you with a detailed quotation, usually within 48hrs.
Free Quotation:
We can schedule a measure within 48 hours of receiving a request. The detailed measure is the first step toward putting together the quote for an installation. We have a staff of experienced professionals working with the best tools available to ensure the measurements taken of your installation area are of the utmost precision. Our competitors offer various tips and tricks which should allow clients to estimate their material needs on their own, but this is not something we encourage. We prefer to relieve our clients of any stress which might coincide with the installation process.
Once the measure is completed, we put together a detailed quote. The quote will include itemised costs for installation as well as an itemised list of materials. Once the services are chosen and the quote is approved, we’ll schedule a date for installation.
Floor Preparation:
This is an optional service we provide, and one of the negotiable items in the quote. It is important to properly prepare the installation area, which often includes the removal of the previous carpet. Our carpet tiles can be installed on any solid surface, timber, concrete or even ceramic tile. Whether or not our service is used to remove the previous floor covering, basic sub-floor preparation will be provided.
Commercial Project Management:
Our larger commercial clients are often too occupied dealing with the day to day affairs of running their own businesses to dedicate the time and energy necessary to oversee the flooring projects they require. It’s also often the case that their projects are so large in scope as to span multiple buildings. In these instances, we have a team of professionals available to manage all aspects of the installation project, allowing for as little oversight from the client as necessary. Our trusted project managers have met with success and client satisfaction at all levels of business. We provide this service to offices, schools, medical clinics, and libraries, just to name a few!
